Terms of Service

By accessing or using CaricaSnap (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service to create caricature avatar outputs. You retain rights to your original uploads and generated outputs, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- Bypass rate limits, credit controls, or account safeguards
- Upload content you do not have rights to use
- Use generated outputs to impersonate public figures or commit deception
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and your account information accurate.
You are responsible for:
- All activity under your account
- Keeping login credentials confidential
- Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create security risk.
Plans and Credits
CaricaSnap provides free and paid plans. Generation tasks consume credits. Credit usage details are shown before or during generation.
Credit Consumption
A generation task may consume different credit amounts depending on selected options (for example, HD generation). Credits are deducted when a task is accepted for processing.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If output is blocked by policy enforcement, credits for that blocked output are refunded according to our policy.

Price Changes
We may update plan pricing or credit rules over time. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter completed charges.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create or request prohibited content listed in the Content Policy
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others
- Infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademark rights
- Distribute malware or perform unauthorized access attempts
- Use automation to evade platform limits or abuse capacity
- Misrepresent generated content as verified real identity
- Violate applicable laws or platform safety requirements
The Service, including software, branding, and underlying systems, is owned by CaricaSnap and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload and outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARICASNAP IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold CaricaSnap harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, the Content Policy, or applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction, those rights remain available to you.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
